Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified yesterday of the following transaction in the ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares').

On 8 July 2008, Richard Ambler, Managing Director, purchased 150,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 4.5 pence per share. Mr Ambler is now interested in 750,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.9 per cent of the issued share capital.
