Board Changes

The Company announces that the board changes presaged at the time of the Interim
Results in November 2011 have now taken place with effect from today: Chairman
Colin Campbell and non executive director Lawrence Banks have resigned as
directors. Don Goulding has taken the position of Chairman, and Mark Quinn now
heads the Audit Committee.

Don Goulding commented "I would like to express thanks to Colin and Lawrence on
behalf of the Board and Shareholders for their contribution to Blavod over the
last few years. In particular their guidance and wise counsel during the period
of disposing of the US Extreme Spirits business, and in completing the
transition thereafter".
