Publication of Annual Report and Accounts

Acal (LSE: ACL, "Acal", the "Group" or "the Company"), a leading European specialist electronics supplier, confirms that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2014 has today been published and can be downloaded from the Company's website www.acalplc.co.uk.

Copies of the Annual Report will be posted to shareholders, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting and proxy forms, on or before 27 June 2014.

In compliance with LR 9.6.1R and LR 9.6.3R, the Company confirms that a copy of the Annual Report has been uploaded today to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.
