In accordance with Part VI of the Companies Act 1985 the Company announces that
on 26 October 2006 it received a notification from Mr.J.A.H.Curry confirming
his interest in a total of 3,315,000 ordinary shares of the Company.

Mr. Curry is a former Director of the Company who retired on 31 March 2005. The
interests shown above have previously appeared under Directors' Interests in the
Annual Report and Accounts of the Company and are unchanged since that time.
