Acal (the 'Company') has today received notice that, for the purposes of Part
VI of the Companies Act 1985, as amended by the Disclosure of Interests in
Shares (Amendment) Regulations 1993, M&G Recovery Investment Trust PLC no
longer has a notifiable interest in the Company's Ordinary Shares of 5 pence
each.
