Appointment of Eric Barton as Non-Executive Director
Acal plc, the leading value-added distributor providing specialist design, sales
and marketing services for international suppliers in the field of Electronic
Components, IT Products, IT Parts Services and Industrial Controls, announces
the appointment of Eric Barton as Non-Executive Director as of 1st September
2002.
Eric Barton has been involved with technology companies since 1968 and was a
director of 3i from 1986 to 1999. He is currently a director of Morse plc,
Informa Group plc, Telecity plc and a director of other venture capital backed
companies.
