The Company has today received notification that Bjart E. Dysthe has disposed of
2,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a
price of 13p per Ordinary Share. Following the disposal, Mr Dysthe is interested
in 18,030,352 Ordinary Shares, representing 26.84 per cent. of the issued
Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
