DIRECT LINE INSURANCE GROUP PLC ("DLG")

DLG has been notified that Jonathan Greenwood, Managing Director - Commercial, and his wife Teresa Greenwood  have acquired 28,532 and 22,510 ordinary shares of 10 ¹⁰/₁₁ pence each in the Company ("Shares"), respectively. The acquired Shares will be held in their Individual Savings Accounts. Additionally, Teresa Greenwood has sold 50,996 Shares.
