                     Additional Listing of Ordinary Shares

The Board of Delling Group announces that Nathan Alexander Limited has made a
partial option exercise in respect of 100 Ordinary Shares at 14 pence per share.
The Company has approved the issue and allotment of these shares and they will 
rank pari passu with all existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.

Application has been made for admission of the New Ordinary Shares to trading on
the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and dealings are expected to
commence on 17 January 2005.
