On Friday 2 November 2007 Dillistone Group Plc (the 'Company') announced that it
had received notification from Morgan Stanley Securities Limited that Morgan
Stanley owned 172,974 shares in the Company.



The Company has now received confirmation from Morgan Stanley that the earlier
notification was sent in error.



Accordingly, the Company wishes confirm that Morgan Stanley does not hold a
disclosable interest in shares in Dillistone Group Plc.
