Dillistone Group Plc, the AIM quoted supplier of software to the recruitment industry, was yesterday notified that Mike Love, Non-Executive Chairman of Dillistone, acquired a total of 60,000 ordinary shares of 5p per share in Dillistone at 69.5p per share on 20 January 2016. 

Following the purchase, Dr Love has a beneficial interest in 989,754 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 5.03% of the issued share capital.
