                            Section 198 Notification

The Company was notified on 4 May 2004 pursuant to section 198 of the Companies
Act 1985 ('Act') of the following interests in the Company's ordinary shares
('Shares'):

1.  by SCI International Limited that it had on 4  May 2004
ceased to have a notifiable interest in Shares pursuant to the Act; and

2.  by Montagu Private Equity Limited that it and its direct
and indirect subsidiaries and certain individuals had on 4  May 2004 ceased to
have a notifiable interest in Shares pursuant to the Act.
