The Company was notified on 4th August 2006 pursuant to section 198 of the
Companies Act 1985 ('Act') of the following interests in the Company's ordinary
shares ('Shares'):

By Fidelity International that it had on 3rd August 2006 an existing interest
pursuant to s.198 of the Act in 2,120,543 of the Company's shares representing
3.41% of the issued share capital of the Company.
