                            Section 198 Notification

The Company was notified on 8th April 2005 pursuant to section 198 of the
Companies Act 1985 ('Act') of the following interests in the Company's ordinary
shares ('Shares'):
     
•    By Lloyds TSB Group plc that it had on 8th April 2005 an existing interest 
     pursuant to s.198 of the Act in 3,842,824 of the Company's shares 
     representing 4.80% of the issued share capital of the Company.

•    This holding is split between two subsidiaries of Lloyds TSB Group plc. 
     Scottish Widows Investment Partnership hold 3,841,642 of the Company's
     shares representing 4.80% of the issued share capital of the Company. 
     Lloyds TSB Private Banking hold 1,182 of the Company's shares representing 
     0.001% of the issued share capital of the Company.
