Companies Act 1985 ('Act') of the following interests in the Company's ordinary
shares ('Shares'):

•         By The Goldman Sachs Group that it had on 11th April 2006 an existing
interest pursuant to s.198 of the Act in 2,445,469 of the Company's shares
representing 3.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.
