Companies Act 1985 ('Act') of the following interests in the Company's ordinary
shares ('Shares'):

• By Morgan Stanley Securities Limited that it had on 7th April 2006 an
existing interest pursuant to s.198 of the Act in 4,396,231 of the Company's
shares representing 5.50% of the issued share capital of the Company.
