The Company was notified on 13th August 2004 pursuant to section 198 of the
Companies Act 1985 ('Act') of the following interests in the Company's ordinary
shares ('Shares'):
     
•    By the Universities Superannuation Scheme Limited that it had on 13th 
     August 2004 an existing interest pursuant to s.198 of the Act in 3,255,102 
     of the Company's Shares representing 4.069% of the issued share capital of 
     the Company.
