The Company was notified pursuant to section 198 of the Companies Act 1985
('Act') of the following interest in the Company's ordinary shares ('Shares'):

•    By the UBS Global Asset Management Ltd that it had on 29th June 2004 an
     existing interest pursuant to s.198 of the Act in 2,796,800 of the 
     Company's Shares representing 3.49% of the issued share capital of the 
     Company.
