Dianomi, a leading provider of native digital advertising services to premium clients in the Financial Services, Business and Lifestyle sectors, announces that it has today posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ending 31 December 2021 together with its notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to those shareholders who have requested physical copies.

The AGM will be held at the Company's registered offices at 6th Floor, 60 Gracechurch St, London EC3V 0HR on Wednesday 1 June 2022 at 1p.m.
