Further to the unaudited preliminary results announcement made on 3 March 2010, two copies of the following documents have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority:

1.    Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2009 containing Notice of AGM; and

2.    Proxy Form for the AGM to be held on 12 May 2010.

Two copies of the proposed new Articles of Association of the Company have also been submitted to the UK Listing Authority in accordance with DTR 6.1.2.  Details of the principal changes to the Articles of Association are set out in the explanatory notes that accompany the Notice of AGM.  

All documents will shortly be available at the UKLA's Document Viewing Facility which is located at 25 The North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.

The Annual Report & Accounts 2009 incorporating the Notice of Meeting can also be viewed at or downloaded from the Company's website at www.dialight.com
