DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST IN RELEVANT SHARE CAPITAL

The Company received notification today that, as at close of business on 6
November 2001, HSBC Investment Bank plc no longer has a notifiable interest in
the Ordinary Shares of 5p each of the Company.

HSBC Investment Bank Holdings plc as HSBC Investment Bank's parent and HSBC
Holdings plc, the ultimate parent company, are also no longer interested in
the above mentioned Shares.
