Purchase of Own Securities
Pursuant to the authority granted at the Company's 2001 Annual General
Meeting, the Company has today purchased 327,800 of its 'A' non-voting shares
at 65p per share. The number of 'A' non-voting shares in issue following this
transaction is 6,281,198.
