                             Listing Application

Application has been made for the admission of 26,500 ordinary shares of 10p
each and 53,000 A ordinary shares of 10p each to the Official List of the UKLA
and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. These shares are being issued
pursuant to the exercise of options. The ordinary shares and A ordinary shares
have been allotted and dealings are expected to commence on Friday 13 July
2001, subject to Listing being granted.
