Further re Final Results

Further to the final results for the group announced this morning at 7.00 am
under RNS 6573W, we have been advised that the record date should be 14th May
2004 and not 18th May 2004 as previously notified.



Dividend

The directors propose a final dividend of 8.10p per share, which would give a
total for the year of 11.40p. This is an increase of 9.6% from last year's
payment. The final dividend will be paid on 9th June 2004 to shareholders on the
register on 14th May 2004.
