Cluff Natural Resources Plc, the AIM-listed resource company, announces that Non-executive Director William De La Warr (69), has decided to step down from the board of the Company with immediate effect due to his other commitments.  The Company would like to thank William for his contribution to the Company since the Company's admission in 2012.
