Deltex Medical Group plc ('Deltex' or the 'Company') was informed today in
accordance with section 198 of the Companies Act 1985 (as amended), that Charles
Stanley & Co Ltd now has a holding of 2,838,666 ordinary shares representing
approximately 4.1% of the Company's issued share capital. The shares are
registered in the name of Rock Nominees Limited and comprises discretionary
client funds held by Charles Stanley.
