                             Director Shareholdings



Deltex Medical announced yesterday that it has completed its fundraising of
approximately £1.32 million before expenses, involving the subscription of
18,858,499 new ordinary shares at 7p per share by various institutional and
other investors and the Directors.


As previously announced on 1 April 2003, in order to demonstrate their
confidence in the Group's prospects, the Directors have participated as
investors in the fundraising, subscribing approximately £0.36 million. Their
interests in the Company's total issued ordinary share capital following
completion of the fundraising are as follows:
