Deltex Medical Group plc ('the Company'), the AIM listed haemodynamic monitoring
company, announces that Ewan Phillips, Finance Director, has notified the
Company that he has today purchased 22,500 ordinary shares at a price of 20.00
pence per share.

Following the above purchase, Mr Phillips now owns 767,156 ordinary shares
representing 1.00% of the company's issued share capital.
