22 January 2007 Deltex Medical Group plc ('Deltex Medical' or the 'Company'),
the UK's leading haemodynamic monitoring company, today announces that  Ewan
Phillips, Finance Director, has notified the Company that on 19 January 2007 he
purchased 150,000 ordinary shares at a price of 17.86 pence per share.



Following the above purchase, Mr Phillips now owns 917,156 ordinary shares
representing 1.15% of the company's issued share capital.



Furthermore, Deltex Medical announces that Andy Hill, Chief Executive, has also
notified the Company that on 19 January 2007 he purchased 6,848 ordinary shares
at a price of 17.87 pence per share.



Following the above purchase, Mr Hill now owns 179,334 ordinary shares
representing 0.22% of the company's issued share capital.
