             Change of Adviser and Notification of Interim Results

The Board of Deltex Medical Group plc (the 'Company') is pleased to announce the
appointment of Charles Stanley & Company Limited, 25 Luke Street, London EC2A
4AR as the Nominated Adviser and Broker to the Company with immediate effect.

The Board also announces that it intends to announce the results for the six
months ended 30 June 2003 on Monday 29 September.
