                               Additional Listing



Deltex Medical Group plc (the 'Company') has been notified today that a former
employee has acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 15 pence
per ordinary share as the result of the exercise of an option under the
Company's Executive Share Option Scheme.



Accordingly, application has been made for these shares to be admitted to
trading on AIM. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued shares
of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 21 June 2007.



Following this, the total number of voting rights in issue will be 84,108,441.
