                               Additional Listing


Deltex Medical Group plc (the 'Company') was notified on 21 May 2007 that
certain of its European distributors have acquired 800,000 ordinary shares of 1p
each at a price of 17.50 pence per share as the result of the exercise of an
option over 800,000 shares granted on 15 December 2005.


Accordingly, application has been made for these shares to be admitted to
trading on the AIM. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued
shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 25 May 2007.


Following this, the total number of voting rights in issue will be 84,098,441.
