Deltex Medical Group plc (the 'Company') has been notified today that certain of
its current employees have acquired 73,169 ordinary shares of 1p each as the
result of the exercise of 73,189 options under the Company's Enterprise
Management Incentive Scheme.

Accordingly, application has been made for these shares to be admitted to
trading on the Alternative Investment Market. The shares rank pari passu with
the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence
on 6 July 2007.

Following this, the total number of voting rights in issue will be 92,471,639.
