              Deltex Medical Group plc ('Deltex' or the 'Company')

                               Additional Listing

Further to the announcement made on 30 July 2004 regarding Evolution Beeson
Gregory's exercise of options over 1,500,000 ordinary Deltex shares granted to
it at the time of the Company's flotation, the Company has been notified that a
further 200,000 options have been exercised at 25p per share. All the new
ordinary shares have been placed with investors.

These additional 200,000 new ordinary shares together with the 1,500,000
mentioned above will be admitted to trading on AIM on Tuesday 10 August 2004.
Following this, there will be 63,401,957 ordinary shares in issue.
