Publication of 2023 Annual Report and Accounts
Further to the release of the Company's preliminary results announcement on 14 March 2024, the Company announces that it has today published its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 (the "2023 Annual Report").
In accordance with Listing Rules 9.6.1 and 9.6.3 and Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule (DTR) 6.3.5R, the 2023 Annual Report has been submitted to the Financial Conduct Authority via the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for public inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
The 2023 Annual Report can also be downloaded in pdf format from the Company's website at https://corporate.deliveroo.co.uk. A hard copy version will be dispatched to those shareholders who have elected to receive paper communications in due course.
The date for the Company's 2024 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and the Notice of AGM will be published on the Company's website and distributed to shareholders in due course.
