Dickinson Legg Group plc ('DLG') announces the following changes to its Board of
Directors arising pursuant to the recommended mandatory offer for DLG by
European Tobacco Development announced on 6 March 2006.

Trevor Swete and Robert Davis, non-executive directors of DLG have resigned with
immediate effect.  The Company wishes to thank them for their valuable
contribution during their respective periods of office.
