that following the sale of 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
('Ordinary Shares'), Platinum Investment Trust Plc now has a notifiable interest
in 2,486,800 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 4.86 per cent.of the
Company's current issued ordinary share capital. These Ordinary Shares are
