The Company was informed on 5 July 2006 that Mr M Annice, the Managing Director
of Dales Pharmaceuticals, a division of Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC, has today
sold 14,538 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a
price of £2.3975 per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr Annice's
beneficial interest is 596,334 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.15
per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
