Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC has been notified that Ishbel Macpherson, Non-Executive Director, participated in the Retail Offer as detailed in the Results of Placing announcement issued on 21 July 2022.  She acquired 874 ordinary shares in the Company and these shares were admitted on 25 July 2022.

Following this acquisition, Ishbel Macpherson's beneficial interest in the Company is 6,722 shares (0.006% of the current issued share capital).
