PDMR Shareholding

The Company was informed on 5 November 2012 that Zoe Goulding, a PDMR of the Company, has exercised 1,000 options over ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, granted to her on 2 April 2008 pursuant to the Approved Share Option Scheme at an exercise price of £3.3615 per share.

Following this transaction, Zoe Goulding's beneficial interest stands at 6,588 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.008 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
