PDMR Shareholding

The Company was informed on 15 December 2011 that Ed Torr, a director of the Company, yesterday exercised SAYE options over 1,119 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an exercise price of £3.43 per share.

Following this transaction, Ed Torr's beneficial interest stands at 412,500 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.621 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
