PDMR Shareholding

The Company was informed on 7 December 2010 that Zoe Goulding, a PDMR of the Company, yesterday exercised SAYE options over 1,371 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Share") at an exercise price of £2.80 per share.

Following this transaction, Zoe Goulding's beneficial interest stands at 1,371 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.002 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
