Directors Shareholding

The Company was advised on 17 October 2008 that Michael Redmond, Chairman, transferred 35,000 ordinary shares in the Company out of Riverside Industries Limited (a company owned by a family trust) into his own name, for nil consideration, on 13 October 2008.

Mr Redmond's beneficial interest in the Company's ordinary shares remains unchanged at 41,475 ordinary shares.
