Director Shareholding

The Company has been informed that Michael Redmond, a Director of the Company,  yesterday  acquired 15,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company at a price of £3.35 per share. 

Michael Redmond's beneficial interest in the Company is now 56,475 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.086% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
