Director Shareholding

The Company has been informed that Mr I D Page, a director of the Company, yesterday exercised SAYE options over 42,115 ordinary shares of 1p each ('Ordinary Share') at an exercise price of £0.39 per share. Following this transaction, Mr Page's beneficial interest has increased to 759,332 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 1.17% per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
