The Company announces that Zoe Bamford, a PDMR, has today been granted options
to subscribe for 3,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company pursuant
to the Dechra Pharmaceuticals Approved Share Option Scheme. The options have
been granted with an exercise price of £3.66 per share.


The vesting of the options is subject to the achievement of a performance
target; that the percentage growth of EPS over a thirty six month period exceeds
the increase in RPI over the same measurement period by 12%.
