Dechra Pharmaceuticals PLC announces that Mr Ed Torr, a director, has today
transferred 30,000 ordinary shares, by way of gift, to his spouse, Mrs Petrina
Torr.


Mr Torr's beneficial interest in the Company's ordinary shares therefore remains
unchanged at 390,934 ordinary shares.
