The Company announced its Preliminary Results on 4 September 2012 in accordance with the financial reporting obligations of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Copies of the Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2012, Notice of Annual General Meeting and Proxy Form have now been posted to shareholders.
