An application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London Stock Exchange for admission to (i) the Official List and (ii) to trading on the London Stock Exchange's markets for a block admission of securities in respect of 345,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each (the "Shares").

These Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuant to the following schemes:

Scheme	Shares
SAYE Scheme	215,000
Approved Share Option Scheme	25,000
Unapproved Share Option Scheme	105,000

These Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing shares in issue.  It is expected that admission will become effective on 30 October 2012.
