                               Additional Listing

Application has been made for 8,397 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
('Ordinary Shares') to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing
Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. The Ordinary Shares are
being issued pursuant to the exercise of options. Admission is expected to
become effective on 26 July 2004.
